VEGETABLES PICKLED IN OIL


The vegetables we use are harvested from our gardens: Grilled mushrooms, Sundried tomatoes, Asparagus, Stuffed peppers, Eggplant rolls, Grilled eggplant, Country Artichokes. Our Quattrociocchi Extra Virgin Olive oil is used to preserve the vegetables. We have jars weighting 290 grams and jars weighting 2900 grams.
